In 2020, my mindset began to reflect the year I was in! It was the year I gained '2020 vision!'
Through self-reflection and meditation I found clarity and a deep sense of calm. I didn't chase joy, it came to me. I realised very early in life; joy isn't a reward you earn, it's not a destination you can travel to either. It's free and it lives inside. Nobody has to do anything, except realise it. I often find it in the most unglamorous places & moments.
By the time I reached my birthday that year, I was already experiencing happiness and joy. Those Birthday wishes had come true!
