Most of my meditations are guided and help me to deepen my practice of daily mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and experiences in the present moment without judgment.


Guided Meditation Vs Unguided

Guided meditation involves following a structured meditation session led by an instructor or a recording, providing specific instructions and visualizations to guide your practice. 

On the other hand, unguided meditation allows you to meditate independently, focusing on your breath, sensations, or a mantra without external guidance. Neither one is inherently better or worse; it's a matter of personal preference. 

Guided meditation can be helpful for beginners, offering direction and support, while unguided meditation allows for more freedom and self-exploration. 

Both approaches can lead to profound mindfulness and inner peace. It's up to the individual to choose their preferred method, based upon which style you prefer most.
